Pet Friendly stays

We know how hard (and expensive) it can be to leave your pets behind when you head off on a holiday. At Beechworth Farmstay, your dog is very welcome — and even your horse — by prior arrangement. Best of all, we don’t charge extra to bring your dog, which helps make your stay great value and a truly relaxed getaway.

To keep things comfortable for everyone, we ask that all pet stays are discussed with us in advance and that dogs arrive and are kept clean and dry. We also kindly ask that dogs stay off the furniture and are not left alone in the studio, as we want them to feel settled and happy while they’re here.

There’s plenty of room to stretch the legs, with 26 acres for you and your dog to explore. Dogs should be on a lead unless they have fabulous recall. Please be aware that while the property is farm fenced, it is not dog-proof fenced.

If you do need to pop out somewhere your dog can’t come along, with prior arrangement and time permitting, we may be able to look after your dog for you. A $50 fee applies, payable during your stay — no need for advance payment.
